Siobhan Gleeson

Stylist and Owner

Siobhan has been working in the cosmetology industry for 20 plus years. As a seasoned hairstylist she knows how important it is to listen to clients and how to tease out the best style to suit their features, needs and lifestyle.

Siobhan started her career in her homeland Ireland and learned her skills in an apprenticeship program in Dublin Ireland. She worked in the high end area of the city with some of the country’s most talented stylists. In the mid 80’s Siobhan opened and operated her own salon in Dublin, finding time to also work with Schwarzkopf Ireland as a technician demonstrating and teaching stylists new skills and the use of new products.

Since moving to San Francisco in the 1990s Siobhan has built up a loyal clientele while working at many top salons in the city. She is currently operating her own salon, SKG Salon located at 193 Franklin St in Hayes Valley. She has a strong belief in continued education and has completed many advanced courses at Toni & Guy in London and Redken to keep up with the latest trends in the world of hair.

Siobhan loves what she does and it still shows after all these years.
